Data access follows workspace membership
Workspace administrators can access organization tasks. Members can access tasks assigned to their email and unassigned tasks. The browser-visible Supabase key does not grant anonymous access to workspace tables or PipeTask RPCs.
Clear data boundaries
- Google Chat remains the source of truth for Space tasks.
- PipeTask does not read Google Chat messages or Gmail email content.
- Agent prompts and relevant task records are processed by PipeTask services and Google Gemini.
