• Contact & Booking Data: Information you voluntarily give to us, such as your name, email address, phone number, and the contents of any message you submit through our contact forms, by email, via WhatsApp, or when booking a call through our Google Calendar booking link.
• Usage & Device Data: Information collected automatically when you access the Site, such as your IP address, browser type, operating system, access times, and the pages you view. This data is gathered through the analytics services listed in Section 4 below.
• AI Readiness Assessment Data: When you request an AI readiness report, we collect the email address you provide, your 15 answers, calculated scores, maturity stage, recommendations, report-delivery consent, and delivery status.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Respond to your enquiries and schedule consultations.
• Operate, maintain, and improve the Site.
• Understand how the Site is used through analytics.
• Prevent fraud and abuse.
• Calculate, store, generate, and email the AI readiness report you request. Report delivery is transactional and does not enroll you in marketing communications.
• Send you service-related or marketing emails where permitted, with an option to unsubscribe at any time.

4. Analytics, Cookies & Tracking

We use the following third-party analytics and tracking services on the Site: Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager, Microsoft Clarity, Apollo.io, and Meta Pixel. We keep personal data only for as long as it is needed for the purpose it was collected, for example, while an enquiry or business relationship with you is active. Completed AI readiness assessment records are retained until manually deleted, and you may request deletion by contacting us. Analytics data is retained according to each provider's default settings. When other data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.

7. Overseas Processing & Cross-Border Transfers

Arbor AI Studio is based in Dhaka, Bangladesh. Data submitted to the Site is processed in Bangladesh and by the service providers listed above, which may operate servers in other countries, including the United States. By using the Site, you acknowledge that your information may be transferred to and processed in these locations. We limit what is shared to what each service requires to function.

8. Your Rights & Requests

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, or withdraw your consent to marketing communications, at any time by emailing us at contact@arboraistudio.comwith "Privacy Request" in the subject line. You may also withdraw your consent to any other processing of your personal data that is based on consent; we will stop that processing unless another legal basis applies. We will respond to your request within a reasonable timeframe.

9. Website Data vs Client Project Data

This Privacy Policy covers website visitor data only. Data we handle in the course of client projects, such as workflow automation and integration work, is governed by the individual agreements for those engagements, not by this policy.
